REFUNDS/RETURNS
We only accept refunds if the item is faulty/damaged.
All accidental damage is not covered by Masters Designs Boutique. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of its arrival. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about your items.
If your item is faulty, please be in contact with us within 5 days of receiving your parcel.
Strictly no refunds on gift cards
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mastersdesigns1@yahoo.com for further steps.
*By purchasing with us you agree to and understand our shipping and returns policy. If you are unsatisfied with you're order it is the consumers obligation to return the item at their own expense in order to receive a store credit minus the shipping cost.*
