Turnaround Times

Proof Design
A design proof will be provided within 24 hours of your quote being approved.

Digital Files
Digital files will be delivered within 24 hours of receiving full payment.

Physical Products
Please allow a minimum of 7 business days for production. Turnaround times may vary depending on the size and complexity of your order.

Please Note:
Turnaround times do not include postage or delivery time. Please allow additional time for shipping if required.

Rush Orders
We offer a Rush Order Service for an additional $20.00, with collection or dispatch within 2–3 business days. Please note that this service may not be available for larger or high-volume orders.

Payments & Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit or full payment is required within 24 hours of receiving your quote to secure your booking.

Please Note:
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee availability if your deposit is not received within the required timeframe.

For orders secured with a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 business days before your scheduled collection or shipping date.

Refund Policy
Refunds are not available if your event is cancelled or you choose to cancel your order. Any payments made may be credited towards a future order.

Shipping & Local Pick-Up

All prices are exclusive of shipping. Local pick-up is available from Mount Druitt, NSW for our event products only.

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Please Note:

  • Shipping timeframes are separate from our production turnaround times.
  • While we carefully package and dispatch all orders promptly, we cannot be held responsible for courier delays once your order has been shipped.
  • We recommend allowing extra time to ensure your order arrives before your event.

If you have selected local pick-up, you will receive an email once your order is complete with available collection dates and times to choose from.

Personalized Chocolate Bars

  • Available in Milk or Dark Chocolate (subject to availability).
  • Minimum order: 20 chocolate bars.

Allergen Notice:
Our chocolates may contain traces of nuts.

Please Note:
Our QR code and/or business logo will appear on the reverse side of both physical and digital chocolate bar wrappers.

Personalized Bubbles

Personalized bubble bottles are supplied in a mixed assortment of colors, including:

  • Blue
  • Pink
  • Green
  • Orange

Minimum order: 20 units.

Party Hats

Our physical party hats are supplied flat-packed, pre-cut to shape, and include elastic cut to size.

Assembly is simple:

  1. Glue the party hat together using your preferred adhesive.
  2. Punch a hole on each side near the base.
  3. Thread the supplied elastic through each hole and tie securely.

Please Note: Glue is not included.
