TURN AROUND TIMES
Proof Design- Within 24 of approving quote.
Digital File- Within 24 hours of full payment being made.
Physical Products- A minimum of seven business days depending on the quantity of order.
Disclaimer- Please take into consideration this does not include postage time if needed.
We do offer a rush order service for an additional fee of $20.00 | available for pick up or postage within 2-3 business days- please take into consideration this option may not be available for large orders.
PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS
Full payment or a non refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking within 24 hours of receiving your detailed quote.
*Disclaimer- We can NOT guarantee to do your order at a later date if deposit is not paid promptly.
For orders that are paid with a non refundable deposit. The remainder balance is due a minimum of seven business days prior to pick up and/or shipping.
NO REFUNDS will be applied if the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances/cancelling your order. Your payment can be used for future orders.
SHIPPING AND LOCAL PICK UP
Prices are plus shipping or local pick up. We are located in Mount Druitt, NSW. Please note pick up is only available for our event items.
Shipping is available within Australia. *Please take into consideration the possibility of delays within shipping-please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
*Once your order has shipped, it is then out of our control if your products have not arrived by your requested day.
If selecting local pick up, once your order is complete. You will receive an email with our available days/times to choose from which best suits you.

Flavour options are dark or milk chocolate subject to availability. minimum qty of 20.*

PERSONALISED BUBBLES
Bubbles will come in a mix of the following colours. Blue, pink, green and orange. Minimum qty of 20.*
PARTY HATS
Physical party hats will come flat packed, cut to shape and elastic to size.
Simply glue the party hat together using your preferred gluing method, hole punch to desired size at the bottom on the sides. Feed the provided elastic through the holes and tie it.
